Packaging and accessories
The Dark Rock 4 is packaged in a cardboard box that uses the same all black with orange accents design, as the rest of the Be Quiet! products. The front side of the box features a profile photo of the CPU cooler alongside the full product name and the slogan of the series. On the lower side, the main features of the cooler are listed, above, there is printed the 200W TWP cooling capacity of the cooler.
The sides of the box present the complete technical specifications of the cooler and of the included Silent Wings fan. The other side of the packaging offers a QR code which redirects to a page which offers more information about the cooler.
The back of the packaging presents the important features of the cooler. Each feature has its own image and a brief description. The features are presented in two languages, English and German.
The cooler is very well protected inside the packaging, thanks to two soft high-quality foam pads that hold the heatsink in place. The fan and the included accessories are packaged in separate cardboard boxes, and placed around and above the foam pads. BeQuiet! offers a good protection for the cooler, this level of protection is often found only on the high-end brands and CPU coolers.

Hi
thank you for the review of the rather unpopular Dark Rock 4!
Though I have to point out that noise-normalized as well as power draw normalized (W) testing are paramount to thoroughly testing a coolers capabilities as well as weaknesses! Since Bequiet specializes in silent operations, their fans often don’t spin as fast in comparison which makes them look worse when only testing 100% fan speed trials!
I will start doing noise normalized testing once my new testing system is finished.
