Introduction
Noctua is a company specialized in designing and producing of high-end coolers and fans for PC type systems. The company was founded in 2005 by Rascom Computerdistribution and Taiwanese company Kolink International. Today Noctua is present in more than 30 countries, being one of the most known manufacturers of cooling solutions.

Packaging and accessories
The NH-L9i chromax.black is packaged in a rectangular cardboard box with a black and dark brown color scheme. The front side of the box features an abstract design with a profile photo on the right side. The name of the cooler is printed on the upper right corner alongside the Noctua branding. The important features are listed on the right middle side in blue, to highlight them.
The sides of the box present the full technical specifications of both the cooler and the included fan. Here there is also a brief description of the cooler and how it should be used, alongside a list of what is included in the package.
The back side of the packaging, presents each of the important features of the cooler, using a brief description and individual photos. The serial number of the cooler is printed here on a separate label.
The cooler and the accessories are protected by a hard foam shell and a soft cardboard shell on the underside. The accessories are encased into the hard foam, alongside the top part of the cooler. The protection offered by this packaging is good and the usage of the black foam enhances the overall design of the packaging.
