Introduction
Founded in 1991 as a distributor, Wilk Elektronik SA is a Polish manufacturer of memory and storage products. The products are sold under the GOODRAM brand.
At the end of the 1990s, as much as 70% of the memory modules sold in Poland came from Wilk Elektronik. In mid-2003, the company moved its headquarters to Łaziska, where it established a factory and offices with a total area of 3,000 sqm.
Today, GOODRAM manufactures and sells different types of products, starting with RAM memory, flash drives, SSDs and Compact Flash memory cards. GOODRAM has two segments of products, consumer and industrial.

Packaging and accessories
The IRDM X memory modules are delivered in a classic shape plastic clam shell. The main protection offered by this packaging is thanks to the hardness of the plastic. While drop protection is good with such plastic clam shells, protection against impacts, especially on the top and bottom sides is minimal.
The only graphic element present is on the paper label that is applied around the packaging, here the IRDM logo is printed alongside the main features of the product and the important technical specifications.
The back of the clam shell is simple, here only the technical information is displayed, the serial number and the CAS timings of the kit. The sample used in this review has an additional label that notifies that the product inside is intended for marketing purposes and not retail sale.
The two RAM modules that are part of this kit are packaged in separate plastic clam shells then taped together with the paper label.
