The Silicon Power US75 1TB is a standard M.2 SSD that uses the PCIe Gen 3×4 interface and is widely available in several storage capacities.

From a design standpoint, this SSD does not have much going for it, as it has been designed mainly to be cost effective and deliver a good performance for its price segment. Never the less, the US75 does have some design elements, mainly its reflective label which is also used to help with the cooling of the controller.

The Silicon Power US75 1TB uses the standard 2280 form factor which makes it compatible with all devices that have the 2280 space and form factor.

The US75 1TB uses a MAXIO made controller, the Maxio MAP1602. Nicknamed the Falcon Lite, this is a controller built on a 12nm process technology, featuring four channels and fully supports PCIe Gen 4×4. Thanks to its design, this is a popular controller for DRAM less SSDs.

The NAND memory chips featured on this SSD are made by the well-known manufacturer, Yangtze Memory, or YMTC for short. These are made on 323-layer technology
are called Xtacking 2.0 and are made by Yangtze Memory, or YMTC for short. These are made on 232-layer technology and on 22nm, while using a TLC cache system.

As for their speed, they are running at a constant 1600 MT per second.
