The SilentiumPC Navis EVO ARGB 280 V2 is using the new addressable RGB LED system and has a 280mm radiator that with a 9-pole pump. The cooler is available in different versions depending on the radiator size, these are: 120, 240, 280 and 360mm.
The main difference between the Navis EVO ARGB 280 V2 and the regular Navis 280 cooler is the newer addressable RGB LED system which is integrated not only in the pump & water block assembly, but also in the two 140mm fans.
The CPU Block shares the same design and shape with the regular Navis RGB cooler. It has reduced dimensions, with a width and length of just 75mm and a height of just 45mm. The outer shell of the block is made from plastic which is also covered by a matte black coating which contrasts the semi-translucent RGB elements.
The pump is powered by a single SATA connector and the addressable RGB LEDs are powered by a single 3 Pin connector.
The CPU block is connected to the tubes of the cooler with plastic angled fittings that can also swivel.
The base of the cooler is made from copper and has a smooth surface, with some marks left from the manufacturing process. The dimensions of the copper plate are 58 x 52.5mm, and is held in place by 12 square head drive screws.
The Navis EVO ARGB 280 V2 has two tubes with a length of 380mm each. The tubes are covered by high quality textile sleeving and are attached to the radiator and CPU block with coil style metal clamps.
The radiator of the Navis EVO ARGB 280 V2 is manufactured from aluminum, and has the dimensions: 310 mm × 140 mm × 28 mm. The radiator has a FPI (fins-per-inch) count of 20, with all the fins painted in the same shade of black as the rest of the cooler.
On the corner of the radiator, there is a small plastic plug, which is used for both filling and bleeding the air from the system.
The two fans included with the cooler are the SilentiumPC Stella HP 140mm A-RGB model. These fans have a minimum speed of 800 RPM and a maximum speed of 1800RPM, and can be controlled thanks to PWM.
The Stella HP 140mm has rubber pads placed on both sides of the corners, to dampen the vibration and also provide a good base for the fans.
Each fan has a total of four connectors, two for powering and passing the power for a second fan, while the other two are for receiving the RGB signal and passing it on.
