The Ghostwriter Elite has RGB LEDs integrated into each switch housing, and a solid red LEDs strip above the metallic ornament at the back.
The status LEDs for the Numeric functions are solid white and easy to see, however the labeling can be hard to understand at first.
The media functions are integrated into other keys, the F row to be specific. From F1 through to F5, pressed at the same time as the FN key, these activate the custom profiles you can create within the software. The rest of the functions are integrated into the keys above the arrow keys. Here you can control both the lightning colors and the patterns preconfigured.
The RGB LED integration is pretty good with even diffusion of both color and light on each key. Speaking of the individual keys, the symbols have a good quality engraving on the key cap.
The software developed by Riotoro is has a simple interface, and thankfully requires no login or credentials to be accessed. In fact, this software is so light that it is barely noticeable in terms of RAM usage.
The first page of the software deals with the rebinding of all keys on the keyboard and saving, editing and selecting the custom profiles you set up.
The second page is the head of the macro system found on the ghostwriter elite, here you can set up any key macro or key combinations and save them.
The third and last page on this software is the RGB slash LED management for the keyboard. Here you can select the pattern for the RGB LED and their color, or create your own custom pattern from scratch.
