Introduction
Noctua is a company specialized in designing and producing of high-end coolers and fans for PC type systems. The company was founded in 2005 by Rascom Computerdistribution and Taiwanese company Kolink International. Today Noctua is present in more than 30 countries, being one of the most known manufacturers of cooling solutions.

Packaging and accessories
The NH-D15 chromax.black is packaged in side a rectangular cardboard box, which has a glossy texture and a two tone design.
The front side of the box features a profile photo of the cooler above an abstract design that is characteristic of the chromax.black products. The name of the product and a brief description of it are printed on the upper left corner, while the Chromas branding is placed on the lower side.
The sides of the box list the complete technical specifications of the cooler and the used fans. A description of the cooler is also printed on the upper side, with the name of the cooler found on the right edge.
The back of the packaging presents the main features of the NH-D15 chromax.black, each feature is briefly described. The chromax.black abstract design is present on the lower edge of the box with a side photo of the heatsink printed on the left side.
The cooler and the included accessories are packaged in individual cardboard boxes. In terms of protection, there are thick soft foam pads placed around the CPU cooler & accessory box. The protection offered by the packaging is very good, the foam is soft and is present on all sides of the cooler.
