Final thoughts

The Iiyama G-Master G2530HSU-B1 is a budget oriented monitor, which limits the options offered to the most important for the gaming industry, in this case, a TN panel which features AMD’s FreeSync technology.
The two 2W speakers are acceptable and this is the reason why they should be used at a minimum volume for the best experience.
The adjustment of the monitor is simple and acceptable for this price range. In addition, the build quality is very good, Iiyama maintains its brand name for quality and performance even with this low price monitor.
In conclusion, the G-Master G2530HSU-B1 offers all the necessary options for gaming even at a competitive level, due to it’s TN panel and 1ms refresh rate. The colors are rendered with good vibrance and fidelity while the strong suit of this panel is the contrast. The USB hub is limited by it’s USB 2.0 speeds but the audio jacks are a welcomed feature.
